Angelina Jolie became a Goodwill Ambassador for UNHCR
(United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) in 2001.
She first say humanitarian crises when she was filming Tomb Raider in Cambodia in 2000
When Jolie is on a mission, she has the same living condition as other
UNHCR employees...
Not very comfortable for a Hollywood star!
Jolie says that stars earn too much money. "I had a crazy income for
what I do", she says. She gives a third of her income to charity.
She has also funded the JoliePitt Foundation with Brad Pitt.
